Cancellation & Reservation Policies
Reservations: Customer can use the Reservations button or email to make a reservation inquiry.
Casa Las Piedras will respond within 24 hours and answer any questions you may have.
Customer should confirm their interest to complete the reservation process.
Casa Las Piedras will send Customer an invoice for the reservation.
The invoice will include all room charges, and charges for Extra persons, special meals, and Mexican Room tax.
A refundable Security Deposit will be included when renting the Entire Casa.
50% of the total invoice is due upon receipt in order to make a firm booking.
Full balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations: If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
We will, however, make every effort to accommodate you at a later date.
