* Prices include full breakfast and maid services, 2 people per room.
$30 extra per person per night for up to 2 additional guests per room.
Meals can be prepared by staff for an additional fee.

** Weekly house rental commences on Saturday. Number of guests not to exceed 12.
A $500 refundable security deposit to cover damage and telephone charges is required.
 

Reservations and Cancellations

 

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total cost.
Full balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations: If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate you at a later date.
